How Will Boots n Flannel Clean my Windows?

At Boots n Flannel we use traditional window cleaning methods to clean your windows. What that means is we use hand tools such as squeegees, applicators, and non-abrasive scrub pads. This is to ensure the highest level of quality.

When we clean your windows we clean more than just the glass! Included in every service is the cleaning of the frames, tracks, sills, ledges and screens*. After all, what's a clean piece of glass without a fully clean environment around it?

*Light screen cleaning is included when both interior and exterior window cleaning is booked only. Otherwise it is a small additional charge.

Exterior windows are subject to all kinds of weather conditions which is why they can get so filthy! Pollutants like dirt, pollen, bug poop, and hard water from sprinklers or rain are some of the main contributors to your dirty windows. But have no worries, with our secret soap formula along with our non-abrasive scrub pads and some elbow grease, we'll have your windows crystal clear!

Got high windows? No problem! We can reach up to 3 stories high by ladder.

Interior Window Cleaning

When we clean your interior windows we are especially careful around your belongings. We also carry drop-towels to protect your home from drips. We treat your home as if it were our own, with great care.

Gutter cleaning is simple. Remove all the debris and make sure water can flow easily down the drains. Debris usually includes leaves, dirt, pine needles and the occasional ball your dog or your kids kicked up their years ago. We use hand tools to clean up your gutters to make them flow like new again.

What do I need to do to prepare for my window cleaning?

Nothing at all! We remove and put back all the screens. We delicately work around or move and furniture in the way. All you need to do is sit back and relax.

How long does a window cleaning take?

It varies. The timing depends on how many windows you have, how difficult they are to reach, and how dirty they are. It can take anywhere from 1 hour to a full day or even multiple days for a large complex or house!

Do I need to be home for my window cleaning?

Not necessarily. If we are cleaning the exterior windows only, and the screens can be removed from outside then you don't need to be home.

How can I pay for my window cleaning?
